In short: play Cep Sudoku for yourself, as you like. The free version has ads; the ad-free version is a one-time purchase.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between you, the user of the Cep Sudoku mobile app, and its owner Appn Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. (Adalet Mah. Manas Blv. No: 39 İç Kapı No: 3201, Folkart Towers B, Bayraklı / İzmir, Türkiye; cepsudoku@appn.app). If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard license agreement also applies; if from Google Play, Google Play’s terms also apply. These terms apply together with them.
2. Your licence
We give you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use Cep Sudoku on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. The rights to the app, its puzzles, design and texts are ours. Copying, modifying or reverse engineering the app, extracting and distributing its puzzles in bulk, or trying to disrupt the service is not allowed.
3. The free version and ads
Cep Sudoku is free and supported by ads: a full-screen ad after a game ends, and a small banner at the bottom of the Today page. After three mistakes you can choose to watch an ad for one more mistake; if no ad is available, you can start over. Otherwise no ad shows during play. Ads come from third-party ad networks, which are responsible for their content and the sites they link to. How ads are picked is explained in the privacy policy.
4. The ad-free version
- The ad-free version is a one-time purchase that removes all ads. It is not a subscription and does not renew. After three mistakes you can keep going without a limit, with no ad.
- The price is shown in the store before you buy. Payment is taken by the App Store or Google Play under their terms.
- The purchase belongs to your store account. With the same store account you can get it back on another device or after reinstalling with “Restore purchases”. It does not move between iPhone and Android.
- Refunds follow the store’s rules: Apple for the App Store, Google for Google Play. If a purchase is refunded, ads come back.
- Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
5. Optional account
No account is needed. If you connect an Apple or Google account to move to another phone, you are responsible for keeping that account secure. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
6. Notifications
The daily reminder and “News and offers” notifications come only if you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time in Settings › Notifications.
7. The service
We build Cep Sudoku with care so it works well, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may update the app and add or remove features. An ad-free purchase stays valid for as long as the app is offered.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Our liability for intent, gross negligence and anything that cannot be limited by law is not affected.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. We publish the new version on this page with its effective date and announce significant changes in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction; consumers may also apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts the law provides. If you live in the EU or UK, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply.
